Our Adviceline is often very busy and you may have to wait in a queue or call back at less busy times, such as afternoons or evenings. You can also search our Self Help pages, send an enquiry form or visit our drop-in service.
What we do for you
Calls to our adviceline are answered by our trained advisers. They will ask you questions about your situation to determine the best advice for you. We will help you as far as we can during the call, which may involve providing information and details about other organisations who can help in your specific situation. Depending on your situation, the adviser may decide to arrange a follow up phone call or face to face appointment.
We won’t judge you or tell you what you should do – we will listen, explain all the available options and support you in the course of action you decide to take.
