Volunteer Administrator

Administrators support the work of the service by answering the telephone, calling clients to confirm appointments, dealing with correspondence and updating digital records.

This role requires a regular minimum time commitment of one morning or one afternoon per week. Some of the skills you will need include:

  • Ability to use IT systems including Microsoft Office and databases
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Telephone communication skills
  • Organisational and time management skills.
